Platform Transition: Please Save Your Files!

Next week, the ODTUG Website and Membership platform will be transitioning to a new, more modern tech stack. We're thrilled to bring you an updated ODTUG.com website with more modern web technology, a cleaner look, and streamlined navigation. Event registration will be a bit more straightforward, and you'll be able to manage your member profile with ease.

As with any technology transition, the existing platform will be sunset as our current provider discontinues service. Please note that any content "attached" to your current member profile will not transition with the rest of your membership data. For example, if you have saved abstract submissions, presentations, or other files within your ODTUG member profile, you will need to download those documents by end of day Monday, June 17, or they will no longer be accessible via the ODTUG website or membership software.

The ODTUG team appreciates your patience as we move away from platforms that our industry is retiring. If at any time you have questions, can't quite find what you're looking for, or have a great idea to share, please don't hesitate to contact ODTUG Executive Director Rob Bergeron.  

We will send one more reminder prior to the transition, but highly encourage members to go ahead and take care of any data preservation ASAP.
