The Oracle Developer & Technology Group (ODTUG) Unveils Strategic Plan to Empower Oracle Technology Professionals and Foster Global Community Growth

ODTUG, the premier association for Oracle technology professionals, proudly announces its comprehensive Strategic Plan for Fiscal Years 2025 through 2027. This plan outlines bold initiatives designed to enhance member engagement, diversify technology communities, elevate the ODTUG Kscope conference experience, strengthen industry partnerships, and improve organizational effectiveness.

ODTUG's mission is To empower Oracle technology professionals to foster innovation and excellence through education, networking, and community engagement. This strategic plan positions ODTUG as the foremost global community for Oracle developers and technology users, celebrated for its expertise, inclusivity, and forward-thinking approach.

Strategic Goals and Targets
With heightened focus on member satisfaction, ODTUG aims to provide value-driven experiences to increase member engagement and to attract new attendees. Recognizing the dynamic nature of Oracle technologies, ODTUG will launch new technology communities where appropriate and foster increased cross-community collaboration.

ODTUG will take steps to expand our partnerships with Oracle and other organizations to deepen collaborations with industry leaders, helping to ensure that ODTUG’s Kscope Conference remains the premier annual conference for Oracle developers, customers and technology users. By creating efficient processes, ODTUG will optimize volunteer contributions and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
