Women In Technology (WIT)

The Oracle Developer & Technology User Group Women in Technology program facilitates engaging conversations while offering career tips, inspiring reads, and real-life stories that guide technology professionals in their paths to success. Women in Technology (WIT) is open to all ODTUG members interested in promoting equality and diversity in the workplace. With support from the whole community, WIT creates a space for dialogue, collaboration, and growth.

Oracle Developer & Technology User Group WIT Mentorship Program
The WIT Mentorship Program is designed to help foster connections between community members who are looking to boost their professional growth. Participants have a unique opportunity to make a personal connection and learn the skills needed to take their career to the next level. The ODTUG WIT team pairs interested colleagues with advisors, providing a framework for the initial conversation. After that, it’s up to the mentors and mentees to determine a schedule and mode of communication that works best for them.

What will this initiative be about?

This initiative will aim to provide a space to explore issues of equality and diversity in the workplace. It will be a forum to share tips and insights that will help everyone succeed in their technology careers.

What’s in it for me?

This will be an opportunity to be part of an amazing community, to become a mentor or a mentee, to develop your own leadership and public speaking skills and to learn, and share valuable advice with the rest of the Oracle Developer & Technology User Group WIT community.

What will be the format of the initiative?

Our goal will be to engage the Oracle Developer & Technology User Group WIT community. We'll do this via regular webinars/podcasts that highlight Oracle Developer & Technology User Group Women in Tech members to discuss various WIT topics, to be followed by WIT blog posts.
