Board of Directors 2025 Voting

ODTUG Voting Members, it is time to cast your vote in the FY2025 ODTUG Board of Directors online election. Please find the instructions to access your personal voting ballot below. Be sure to read all the candidates' statements and biographies to learn about their passion and drive for ODTUG.

To vote (or complete a ballot you began previously), please visit https://vote.associationvoting.com/odtug/ and enter your email and voter ID exactly as shown in your e-mail invitation when prompted.

The invitation e-mail came from our voting platform, send name "announcement" and contained your member ID and ODTUG registered e-mail address as follows:

  • Member ID: 12345
  • Email: example@company.com

Warning! Don’t fall into the following “I’m not voting” categories:

  • I am not that active in ODTUG. I don’t really care who is on the board.
    – Okay, you may not be active, but you do work with Oracle technologies, correct? ODTUG has an active voice with Oracle. Oracle listens to what ODTUG has to say about products, services, support, etc. It is the ODTUG Board that passes this information on to Oracle. You now have this opportunity to choose who you think will be the best spokespeople to Oracle.
  • ODTUG Board members are a little clique of their own. Why bother?
    – Definition of a clique: “An exclusive group of like people.” You have the ability to shape ODTUG’s clique! ODTUG Board members are active in a variety of Oracle technologies. Make sure your area of interest is represented! Become part of the “clique”!
  • My vote will not make a difference.
    – Not true! We have had a tie for the last open slot in previous elections. One vote could make all the difference.
  • I am having trouble voting.
    – We can help! Click here, and then click on “Help.” Or contact ODTUG with questions at odtug@odtug.com or 910-452-7444 (ext 4).

There are two three-year positions open. You can vote for just one or both openings. Just vote by Sunday, June 30, at 11:59pm PT.

If you received an invitation to vote via e-mail, it means you are eligible to vote. Take advantage of this member benefit.

Warm regards,

Roel Hartman
