Room Ambassador Program

You’re already attending the sessions, so why not take an opportunity to join the team and up your conference experience? Best of all, it's easy!

The ODTUG Kscope Ambassador Program is an effective way for attendees to meet some of the best speakers in the world. Take your Kscope experience to the next level! We are looking for conference attendees (with full conference registrations) interested in playing a key role that really makes a difference.

The Duties Are Simple:

• Sign up to be a Room Ambassador at Registration
• Arrive to your session a few minutes early
• Meet/introduce yourself to the speaker
• Confirm that session attendees will evaluate the session in the official Kscope app, and/or hand out evaluation forms to everyone attending. 

After the session, put the completed forms in the session envelope, write your name on the ambassador line, and return the envelope to the Registration Desk. That's it!

Each time you return the evaluations to the Registration Desk, you will receive an awesome pin to wear, and you’ll be entered into a drawing to win a FREE registration to ODTUG Kscope25!

Each ambassador session completion equals one entry into the drawing for the conference registration. The drawing will be held on the last day of the conference. You do not have to be present to win. 

Session Ambassador opportunities are first-come, first-served, so to take a look at  your session agenda, plan to arrive a few minutes early to sessions and jump right in! Session envelopes must be returned at the end of each day to the registration desk at the Tennessee Ballroom (Level 1).
